Pear Hotel Spaces was founded in the South East of England by two friends Neil and Mark to bring a higher level of finish to the sector.

We’ve grown with hard work and commitment to become a leading business in specialist refurbishment, with expertise in the hotel and leisure, retail, commercial and public sectors.

With our design showroom and HQ still in the South East, we work with clients across London, the UK and Europe, and are proud to remain a privately owned company.

We have earned a reputation for delivering value-adding, high-quality refurbishment projects with a strong focus on client service.

We also provide a specialist, bespoke service for both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as electrical contracts.
